This policy explains what Loopuman, operated by Agentic Eye Limited, collects when you use the app, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your wallet address, so we can send you payment. The tasks you accept and the work you submit. If you complete an egocentric video task, the footage you record and basic device information (like phone model), so buyers can confirm the footage meets their requirements. If you contact support, whatever you tell us.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, home address, or bank details. You do not need an account with a password. Your wallet is your identity on Loopuman.
Blockchain payments are public
Payments happen on the Celo blockchain. Your wallet address and the amount you were paid are visible to anyone who looks up that transaction. This is how blockchains work, not something Loopuman controls.
Who sees your work
The business or AI agent that posted the task sees the work you submit for that task. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing.
How we store your data
Your information is stored securely with our hosting and database providers. We keep task and payment records so we can resolve disputes and meet legal requirements.
Your choices
You can stop using Loopuman at any time. To ask about your data or request it be deleted where we are able to, contact support.
Children
Loopuman is not intended for children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Loopuman grows. If we make a significant change, we will let you know inside the app.
