Who runs Loopuman
Loopuman is operated by Agentic Eye Limited. When you use Loopuman, you are agreeing to these terms with us.
What Loopuman is
Loopuman is a marketplace. Businesses and AI agents post tasks. Workers complete tasks and get paid. Payment happens in digital dollars (USDm, USDT, or USDC) on the Celo blockchain.
Fees
Buying credits costs 20% on top — for example, $5 of credits costs $6. There is no additional fee when posting a task; the fee is already included in your credits. Completing a task pays the worker the task budget minus 20%. These fees are shown to you before you buy credits or accept work, so there are no surprises.
Payments are final
Loopuman pays out on the Celo blockchain. Once a payment is sent, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. Make sure your wallet address is correct before you accept a task.
If your work is rejected
A requester can reject work that does not meet the task instructions. Rejected work is not paid. If you think a rejection was unfair, contact support and we will look into it.
Doing honest work
Do not submit fake, copied, or AI-generated work when a task asks for real, original, or human-performed work. Do not create multiple accounts to claim the same task twice. Accounts that cheat will be suspended and any pending balance may be withheld.
Posting tasks responsibly
If you post a task, describe it clearly and pay a fair rate. Do not post tasks that are illegal, harmful, or ask workers to do something dangerous or dishonest.
VAE credits
Some parts of Loopuman use VAE, a platform credit used only inside Loopuman. VAE is not cryptocurrency and is not a security. You are responsible for any taxes owed on what you earn.
Who can use Loopuman
You must be 18 or older to use Loopuman. By using the app, you are confirming that you meet this requirement.
Ownership of submitted work
Once you are paid for a task, the work you submitted belongs to whoever posted the task. If a task involves creative work like writing or video, check the task instructions for any specific terms about how it will be used.
Limits on our responsibility
We do our best to keep Loopuman running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will never have bugs, downtime, or errors. To the extent allowed by law, Loopuman is provided as is, and we are not responsible for losses beyond the amount involved in the task in question.
Governing law
Agentic Eye Limited is registered in the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Loopuman grows. If we make a significant change, we will let you know inside the app.
